Application Range

1. It is suitable for preparing self-leveling concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high-performance concrete and fair-faced concrete, ready-mixed and cast-in-place concrete in various industrial and civil buildings.

2. It can be widely used in large and key national projects such as high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower projects, subways, large bridges, highways, harbors and docks.

Recommended dosage

DWL-PCE105 water-reducing agent, its recommended dosage is 0.18~0.3% of the total amount of cementitious materials, the actual dosage should be determined according to the performance requirements of concrete, different materials and temperature.

Precautions

1. This product cannot be compounded with some types of additives (such as naphthalene series). If it needs to be compounded with other varieties of additives or auxiliary materials, it must be tested before it can be used.

2. This product cannot be mixed and mixed with other types of additives. When replacing the admixture, the storage tank, transportation pipeline, metering system, mixer and other equipment should be cleaned. It is best to use a special storage tank and feeding system.

Packaging and Storage

Stored in a ventilated and dry special storeroom to avoid the sun, rain and freezing, the validity period is 1 year. It can still be used after passing the validity period after passing the inspection.
