HPMC is odorless, tasteless,non-toxic cellulose ethers producted from natural hIgh molecular cellulose through series of chemical processing and achieved.It is white powder with good water solubility. It has thickening, adhesion ,dispersing, emulsifying, film, suspended, adsorption, gel, and protetive colloid properties of surface activity and maintain moisture function properties ect.

Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is a nonionic cellulose ether produced from refined cotton through a series of etherification processes. Its main performance is as follows:

1. HPMC is a white or slightly yellowish powder. odorless,  non-toxic

2. HPMC can be quickly dissolved in cold water to form a transparent viscous solution;Because it contains a certain amount of hydrophobic methoxy group, it can dissolve in some organic solvents

3. The viscosity of HPMC aqueous solution is relatively stable in the range of PH3.0-10.0. When the PH value is less than 3 or more than 10, the viscosity will be greatly reduced

4. The aqueous solution of HPMC has the surface activity, so that it has emulsification and protects the relative stability of the colloid

5. The use of hot water washing and efficient refining during the preparation process resulted in low ash content

6. HPMC is hydrophilic, added to mortar, gypsum, paint and other products to play a high water retention role

7. HPMC has good mildew resistance and good viscosity stability in long-term storage

8. HPMC can reduce friction coefficient and improve the lubricity of construction

9. HPMC can produce strong and flexible transparent sheet with good oil and ester resistance

Application :

1. Inner and outer wall putty

The water retention property of HPMC makes putty powder will not crack because of drying too fast after construction, enhancing the strength after hardening.At the same time also plays an auxiliary role in improving the bond

2. External wall insulation system

The addition of HPMC can improve the bond strength and smoothness of mortar and improve work efficiency

3. Mixed mortar

HPMC good water retention, can have longer construction time, prevent the ceramic tile to lose water too quickly lead to fall off, improve bond strength and shear strength

4. Gypsum base plastering and products

The resistance to hanging of HPMC can eliminate building ripple and apply thicker coating

5. Mechanical spray plastering

HPMC can improve the fluidity of mortar, facilitate pump transfer, avoid mortar stratification and pipe plugging

6. Cement extruded sheet (lightweight wallboard)

HPMC can improve the adhesive property of gypsum sheet after extruding, improve the bond strength and lubricity, and ensure the strength

7. Self-leveling mortar

Packaging/Transportation

The products are encapsulated in polypropylene woven bags with polythene inner bags coated with plastic, with a net weight of 25kg per bag.Pay attention to rain and sun protection during transportation.
