Polycarboxylate based Superplasticizer is a new type super plasticizer developed suitable for engineering projects under various weathers and primarily for using in hot climate area which have liquid and powder form.

It’s most effective high range water reducing in the market which the reducing rate can go up to 35-40%. Because of theirLow chloride and alkali content, no corrosion to steel-bar, high stability & environmental friendly and nontoxic characters, they have been warm welcomed in high strength concrete for railway, haven, traffic, bridge and electric power., got good feedback from worldwide customers. It is excellent superplasticizer in premix of construction and cast-in-place concrete.

Product application:

1. Suitable for high performance concrete, high flowability concrete, high durability concrete, aluminous-cement refractory concrete, low-cement refractory castables, steam curing concrete, self-leveling concrete and so on.

2. suitable for grouting material,self-leveling floor,gypsum products,joint sealer,high strength mortar and so on.

3. especially suitable for special mortar with high strength and high flowability

Recommended dosage
  • 0.15-0.40%( According to the weight ratio of cementitious materials)

Packaging & Shipping

1) 25kgs/Bag(two-layered plastic woven bag with PVC lining)

2) The powder is easy to absorb moisture and should be stored in the original sealed bags and placed at dry place.

3)The product is non toxic, non irritant, non flammable. Avoid contacting eye, mouth, and skin. The gloves and protective glasses are recommended to use. In case contacting with skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
